Information Handling

  • Personal information is only collected when necessary for service delivery

  • All information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff

Use & Disclosure

  • Information will not be shared without participant consent

  • Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or for safety reasons

Compliance

  • We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and NDIS requirements

  • Participants have the right to access and request correction of their information
